My original character, Lu Hua

My original character Lu Hua! She’s a travelling merchant who’s initially from the ocean and sells anything and everything she picks up along the way. Lu Hua is constantly on the run from the police who’s suspicious of how she managed to obtain the items. She wears a charm that allows her to transform into a human but her hair couldn’t fully transform, hence it is partly water
